Orders will be processed the next working day and will be ready for posting via Singpost or delivery by courier service within one or two working days. Customers are able to indicate their expected date and time of delivery by writing to us at sales@lush-group.com. Shipping fee is SG$6.50 (via Courier service) for purchases below SG$30 and is free for purchases above SG$30 (via Normal mail by Singpost). Customers are adviced to opt for registered mail with additional payment of SG$2.50. Please take note that we will not be responsible for lost of parcel or damages caused during delivery for normal mail service. Delivery timing is only Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.
- Payment Mode Online payment mode: Credit card - Master, Visa and Amex through Paypal or by PayPal account. Bank Transfer - Transfer payment by ATM machine or internet banking. Cheque - Cheque payable to Lush Group Pte Ltd. Note: Please note that items which are paid but in any circumstances like over-whelming orders/reservations, items which are not available or out of stock, customer will be contacted within two working days (+GMT 08:00). - FOR INTERNATIONAL Additional charges and handling fees are applicable to International customers. International shipping is via EMS (www.singpost.com.sg). Please email us at sales@lush-group.com for your order. - RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY We take great pride in ensuring that our products are of great quality and condition. You may return/ exchange the items within 7 days in the following cases: ⇒ You have received a defective item caused by manufacturing fault. ⇒ There is an error in the item you received based on your order placed. We will deliver and exchange the items at our cost. Return/ exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above. Please note that all purchases made are non-refundable. |
